One of only 212 bottles filled from a refill hogshead. Distilled March 1991 and bottled in July 2010 at 53.1% volume. Initially barley sweet on the nose with vanilla fudge and subtle spices. It then warms throughout a certain citric style to something more salty and darkly peated. That citrus is still apparent on its soft early palate, with some chocolate - which then heads to more spiced style vanilla and more peat.
