One of only 37 bottles charged from a refill hogshead and bottled at natural cask strength of 47.2% volume. Nose: Fresh varnished cedarwood and zesty fruit. Warms to dry pepper and sherbet. Palate: Light complex, running sugary then barley sugared plus late clove trace. Finish: The cloves continue with the same peppery dryness plus more sherbet.
