The whisky is cradled in bourbon barrels and stored in aging cellars located in Japan’s Yamazaki and Oumi regions until it reaches the peak of maturity. It is here that nature paints a changing backdrop with a palette of seasonal colours and provides a warm moist climate to slowly nurture the whisky within the barrel.
