1. This promotion  (“Promotion”) is open to UK residents only, (excluding the Channel Islands and Isle of Man) who are 18 years old and over
  2. Whyte & Mackay employees and their families, their affiliated companies, their agents or anyone professionally connected with this promotion are not entitled to enter.
  3. To enter answer the question and fill in your details i.e. name, address, age, e-mail address and sex (“Details”) either online at www.thewhiskyshop.com/zenith or on an entry card collected from a The Whisky Shop store.                           
  4. The prize is a single 5cl measure of the Dalmore Zenith.
  5. This Promotion is free to enter, only one entry per person and per email address. 
  6. The Promotion entry period begins on Dec 5th 2011 and will end at midnight on March 31st 2012.
  7. One winner will be chosen at random from all valid entries.  The Promoter’s decision is final.
  8. The winner will be contacted by email within 14 days of the draw. All reasonable effort will be made to contact the winner, however, if the winner cannot be contacted within 14 days an alternative winner may be chosen. The Promoter's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
  9. There is no cash or other alternative to the stated prize. However the Promoter reserves the right to provide an alternative prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable for reasons beyond the control of the Promoter.
  10. The Whisky Shop, PO Box 7415, Glasgow, G51 9BR is acting as an agent (“Agent”) of the Promoter in respect of the Promotion.
  11. The Promoter reserves the right to amend. alter or withdraw the Promotion as necessary due to exceptional circumstances outside its reasonable control.
  12. Those entering are deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions and will be bound by them.
  13. By entering the Promotion and providing your Details you grant your consent  to the holding and use of your Details by the Promoter and the Agent for the purposes of (1) the Promotion and (2) receiving promotional offers and information about any of the products sold and/or distributed by the Promoter or the Agent. You may at any time contact the Promoter or the Agent to confirm that your Details may no longer be used for such purposes and the Promoter and Agent will, on receipt of such confirmation, cease to use your Details for such purposes.
  14.  Although the Promoter has made every effort to ensure accuracy of the information supplies, the Promoter and their Agents accept no responsibility for any losses incurred due to the incorrect information.

All conditions, warranties and representations expressed or implied by law or otherwise in relation to the prizes and/or the Promotion are excluded to the fullest extent permitted by law and the Promoter and their Agents accept no responsibility for damages, losses or injuries that result from acceptance of the prize except that the Promoter does not exclude or limit its liability for death or personal injury arising as a result of the negligence or breach of duty of the Promoter.
