Distilled in November 1995 and matured in a single cask (#1995/217) for almost a quarter of a century, this expression was bottled in January 2020 at a strength of 51.7% abv. Knowledge Bar

The Arran distillery was the only whisky distillery on the island when it was founded in 1995 at Lochranza in the north of Arran. At one time the island is thought to have had at least fifty distilleries operating, however the last officially licensed distillery on the island closed in 1837. In 2016, owners Arran Distillers announced plans to open a second distillery in the south of the island. Work began later that year on Lagg distillery, which began production and opened its doors to visitors in 2019. Back to top

Returns

If your item is damaged in transit or you receive an item that is clearly different to that ordered, we will arrange for a return via courier and issue a full refund.

To be eligible for a full refund you must contact us to inform us of any issue within 24 hours of receipt. Refunds will be credited back to your original payment method once we have received the returned items.

Cancellations

If you wish to cancel your order, you must do so within 14 days from the day you received delivery. Items that are bespoke or personalised cannot be cancelled, and will only be returnable if faulty.

In the event of cancellation, the cost of returning your items will be your responsibility and not that of The Whisky Shop. Items must be returned within 14 days from the date of cancellation. Refunds will be processed on receipt of the items.
