Distilled at the Bimber distillery in London, this bottling is part of the sixth release of four bottles in The Spirit of the Underground series they have produced to celebrate one of the great engineering projects of the last 200 years. This particular release celebrates the Oval station and was put down to mature in American oak with a second maturation in a Moscatel sherry cask for an undisclosed length of time. Part of a limited release of 307 bottles, this whisky was bottled free from chill filtration and artificial colourings at a strength of 57.6% abv. Back to top
