Bimber Single Cask #544-7/67 - Selfridges Description
Distilled at the Bimber distillery which is located in London with the first casks being laid down on 26th of May 2016. This expression was laid down to mature initially in four American ex-bourbon casks before being finished in a 2010 vintage Oloroso sherry cask from Gonzalez Byass. It was matured for an undisclosed length of time before being bottled in June 2020 with there being just 936 individually numbered bottles produced exclusively for Selfridges. Back to top
