Glenlivet Archive Description
Distilled at Glenlivet distillery in Speyside, it was the first distillery that got a legal license after the Excise Act of 1823 and was a favourite with King George IV. This older style expression was matured for an undisclosed length of time and was chosen from the Archive by the then distillery manager Bill Lamb. Back to top
