Laphroaig 21 Year Old - Friends of Laphroaig Description
Distilled at Islay's Laphroaig distillery, this particular expression was released to celebrate the 21st anniversary of the Friends of Laphroaig. It was distilled in 1993 and having had slightly over two decades in cask it has initially been matured in first fill ex-bourbon casks before having influence of both kiln-dried and air-dried American oak barrels, before being bottled in 2015 at 48.4% abv.
