Distilled at the Caol Ila distillery on Islay, this release was bottled by independent bottler, Global Whisky as part of their Auld Goonsy range. This expression was distilled in 2013 and has spent 11 years maturing, initially in an American oak hogshead before 12 months in a first fill Pedro Ximenez sherry cask.
