This single cask expression has been released by independent family-run bottler Blackadder International. Established in 1995, the firm bottle single cask whiskies without chill filtration or colouring under the Blackadder label. This single malt has been distilled at the now closed Pittyvaich distillery in June 1976 and matured in a single oak cask for 24 years before bottling in February 2001 at a strength of 43% abv.
