This limited edition single malt from The Balvenie distillery in Dufftown was released to celebrate the craft of the Cooper. For this special release Malt Master, David C. Stewart, selected two European oak sherry casks that had been laid down in 1996 and matured for 15 years. The two were then married together and bottled at a natural cask strength of 59.4% abv, with the 2011 release limited to just 515 bottles. Back to top
