This single cask expression was distilled in 2006 Fife's Daftmill, a farm distillery owned and operated by the Cuthbert family, producing whisky seasonally during the farm's quiet periods. This Lowland single malt was matured in cask number 44 until it was chosen for bottling in 2019 by the tasting team at Royal Mile Whiskies, a specialist whisky retailer based in Edinburgh. Just 231 bottles have been filled at a natural cask strength of 56% abv and each one is individually hand-numbered. Back to top
