This single cask expression was distilled in 2006 Fife's Daftmill, a farm distillery owned and operated by the Cuthbert family, producing whisky seasonally during the farm's quiet periods. This Lowland single malt was matured in cask number 21 until it was chosen for bottling in 2019 to be the release for the United Kingdom market. Just 234 bottles have been filled at a natural cask strength of 57.1% abv and each one is individually hand-numbered. Back to top
