WhistlePig 11 Year Old Triple One Description
Based in Vermont, this expression of WhistlePig has been produced by using straight rye whisky that was distilled in Canada before being laid to mature in ex-bourbon casks on WhistlePig farm. This release came from master distiller Dave Pickerell having spent time experimenting and finding the best techniques of distillation, marrying, finishing and vatting which meant they went on to win at the 2015 San Francisco spirits competition.
