Distilled at the Kilchoman distillery on Islay, this expression was distilled in the spring of 2012 and was matured for five year years in a bourbon barrel before it was moved to be finished in a Sauternes cask for just four months. It was bottled at a cask strength free from chill filtration and artificial colouring exclusively for the distillery shop on Islay. Back to top
