This limited edition bottling of Pappy Van Winkle's Family Reserve has been aged for over a decade whilst a longer maturation is more unusual for bourbon. This expression is result of a mash bill which is created by using a high proportion of wheat before it was bottled by the Old Rip Van Winkle Distillery in Frankfort, Kentucky at a cask strength.
