Distilled at Springbank distillery which is a family owned distillery on the Kintyre Peninsula in western Scotland with this release being bottled by Glasgow based independent bottler Edition Spirits who are owned by Andrew & Scott Laing. Distilled in 1993, this expression was laid down to mature for over two decades in a refill hogshead before there being just 216 bottles produced with this expression having Thomas Hardy's portrait on the label.
