Old Forester 1910 Old Fine Whisky Description
Distilled at Old Forester distillery in Louiseville, Kentucky, they have been in production since 1870 with this expression being inspired by fire which halted production in 1910 and is the fourth and final expression in the Old Foresters Whiskey Row series. To recreate how they processed the whiskey in 1910 when the fire happened, at a strength of 50% abv. they rebarrel the whiskey for a second maturation for an undisclosed length of time which then gets bottled at a strength of 46.5% abv.
