Introduced in 2017 by independent bottler, Murray McDavid, the Aficionado range of whiskies feature a selection of the rarest single malts and grains in Scotland. They have been created from single cask samples which have been taken over the years and are the final drops of these whiskies which create something very special. Distilled at Bruichladdich distillery on Islay in 1989, it has been laid down for a little short of two decades in an oak cask before there being just one bottle produced at a strength of 54.6% abv.
