Produced and released from Distilleries & Domaines de Provence around the turn of the millennium, this absinthe was among the first to be legalised in France after its ban. It has been created using a much lower concentration of thujone which is one of the active components of wormwood. This particular release is presented in a box depicting Van Gogh as in the late 19th century, Absinthe was the drink of choice for artists such as Picasso, Oscar Wilde & Van Gogh. Back to top
