This 12-year-old expression from The Macallan was part of the Fine Oak range. This Speyside single malt is crafted with three types of cask: sherry seasoned American and European oak casks and American oak casks seasoned with bourbon. The entire range was rebranded in 2018 as Triple Cask to reflect the maturation process.These particular bottling's have been released to symbolise the Year of the Rat which is the first sign of the zodiac cycle.
