Distilled at the well known Macallan distillery in Speyside, this release was bottled by Glasgow based independent bottler, Douglas Laing as part of their XOP range of whiskies. Distilled in the summer of 1993, this expression was laid down to mature for over two decades in a refill hogshead before there being just 215 bottles produced in 2018 at a strength of 52.2% abv free from chill filtration and artificial colouring.
