Wolfburn From The Stills Distillery Release - Summer 2020 Description
Distilled at the Wolfburn distillery in Thurso, it is the most northern most mainland distillery. Every season, they release an expression that is exclusive for distillery visitors but, due to coronavirus they have no visitors so took the decision to release it online. This is the first seasonal release that has been crafted using peated spirit it has then been matured for an undisclosed length of time using two quarter casks and a fresh bourbon barrel before being bottled free from chill filtration and artificial colouring.
