Waterford Ballykilcavan Edition 1.2 Description
Distilled at the Waterford distillery in Ireland, the Single Farm Origin series was the first release from them. This is the second release from the 2016 distillation using Irish barley which has been grown by David Walsh-Kemmis in County Laois. It has been laid down to mature in a combination of American and French oak casks and has been bottled free from chill filtration and artificial colouring. There has been a release of just 9,000 throughout Europe, Taiwan and Japan. Back to top
