Distilled at the Caol Ila distillery, situated on the north east coast of Islay looking over the water to Jura, this release was bottled as part of the Cooper's Choice range of whiskies. This single cask was laid down for an undisclosed length of time and was initially matured in American oak before being further matured in a ruby port cask.
