Distilled at the Springbank distillery in Campbeltown, this release was bottled for the China Single Malt Club. 'The Door Gods' refer to a Chinese custom where households are decorated to bring happiness & luck. The second edition in the series showcases two single malts distilled in 1996 with there being 228 bottles of each produced at cask strengths of 52.7% abv. and 55.6% abv. They were laid down in a single sherry hogshead and butt for almost two decades before being bottled in 2014. Back to top
