Kininvie Single Grain Description
Kininvie Works is a distillery in Speyside who are tucked out the way and like to experiment and learn what kind of Scotch they can produce. This single grain was produced so they could investigate the flavour profiles differ by using malted rye whilst using the traditional Scotch whisky distillation process. This expression was distilled in 2015 and laid down in virgin American oak casks to mature until it was bottled in 2019 at a strength of 48.7% abv. free from chill filtration. Back to top
