Distilled at the Dalmore distillery in Alness, this release was produced for the travel retail market. This expression has been initially matured in American white oak ex-bourbon casks before it was was finished in first fill Matusalem sherry casks which came from the Gonzalez Byass bodega.The casks have held oloroso sherry for at least 30 years before being used to mature whisky.
