Eden Mill Single Cask #A151 Wildcat Whisky Description

The Eden Mill 2019 Release Single Malt is a limited release of 3,000 70cl bottles. The presentation box has been designed by Fife artist Hilke MacIntyre to depict the famous landmarks of the distillery's home, St Andrew's.

Eden Mill Head Distiller, Scott Ferguson has incorporated a selection of oloroso hogsheads, Pedro Ximenez hogsheads, and American bourbon barrels, with a cask of chocolate malt spirit and crystal malt spirit to craft this delicious single malt.

In 2019, Princess Anne presented Doddie with the Helen Rollason award for “outstanding achievement in the face of adversity" at the BBC Sports Personality of the Year show. You can watch Doddie accepting the award here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=CdmrHQOC3Uc

Each winner of a bottle from Doddie's auction will receive two complimentary Glencairn glasses, branded with the My Name'5 Doddie Foundation logo (pictured on homepage)!

Doddie Weir OBE is one of rugby’s most recognizable personalities. He earned 61 caps for Scotland during a successful playing career.

Doddie is now facing his biggest challenge. In June 2017 the Scot revealed he was suffering from Motor Neuron Disease. From the outset, Doddie has been driven to help fellow sufferers and seek ways to further research into this, as yet, incurable disease.

In November 2017 Doddie and his Trustees launched the registered charity My Name’5 Doddie Foundation. Its aims are simple: to raise funds to aid research into the causes of Motor Neuron Disease and investigate potential cures; to make grants to individuals suffering from MND, to enable them to live as fulfilled a life as possible.
