Distilled at the Glen Spey distillery in Speyside, this release was bottled by independent bottler, Alistair Walker Whisky Co. for their Infrequent Flyers range of whiskies. This is a range of single cask whiskies from various Scottish distilleries. Distilled in 2006, this expression was laid down to mature in a Pedro Ximenez sherry puncheon for a over a decade before there were just 613 bottles produced at a cask strength free from chill filtration and artificial colouring.
