This single cask expression was distilled at Fife's Daftmill distillery, a farm distillery owned and operated by the Cuthbert family with this release being bottled as an exclusive as a Kirsch Import for Germany. This expression was distilled in 2007 and has spent over a decade in a single ex-bourbon barrel from Heaven Hill before there were just 226 bottles produced at a strength of 58.2% abv. in 2020.
