Waterford Micro Cuvee Lomhar Description
Distilled at the Waterford distillery, this release was created at the request of the distilleries CEO Mark Reynier for the Head Distiller, Ned to create a 'winter warmer'. Lomhar has been predominantly created from 10 distinct Single Farm Origin distillates which has been paired with the first organic spirit distilled from the barley of 6 growers. Finally, Ned came across the final drops of their very first cuvée – Pilgrimage which was added into the mix which he felt was a fitting way to bookend 2020. There were just 1,100 individually numbered bottles produced at a strength of 50% abv. free from chill filtration and artificial colouring.
