Distilled at the Highland Park distillery on Orkney, this release is second in a series and follows on from The Dark. This bottling was produced to celebrate the warmer sunny days on the island, honouring the time of year which winter hibernation comes to an end. This expression was laid down in American oak casks for at least 17 years before being bottled at a cask strength of 52.9% abv. Back to top
