Distilled at the Bimber distillery which is located in London with the first casks being laid down on 26th of May 2016. This single cask release was bottled exclusively for the Southport Whisky Festival. This expression has been laid down to mature in a single American oak ex-bourbon cask for an undisclosed length of time before being bottled in July 2020 free from chill filtration and artificial colouring with each bottle being individually numbered.
