Distilled at the now closed Rosebank distillery in the Lowlands, this release is the fifth bottling in Elixir Distillers' 7 part Roses Series which is released annually on Valentine's Day and is named after different roses which are chosen in relation to the character of the liquid. Using spirit which was distilled in 1990 & 1991, this expression has spent a little over two decades in a combination of ex-Maderia and American oak barrels. There were just 633 bottles produced at a strength of 49.5% abv. Back to top
