Distilled at the Lochranza distillery at the North of the Isle of Arran, this particular release has been produced for exclusively for sale at its sister distillery on the south of the island, Lagg. This heavily peated expression has been matured for around eight years in first fill bourbon casks from Buffalo Trace before being transferred into ex-sherry casks for a second maturation period, it has then been bottled free from chill filtration and artificial colouring.
