Distilled on the isle of Islay at Bruichladdich distillery, this whisky forms part of the barley provenance series and was produced using barley wholly harvested from Cruach Farm on Islay in 2010 before being distilled in 2011. This expression has been matured for a 6 years in a combination of ex-bourbon & ex-European oak casks before being bottled free from chill filtration and artificial colouring at a strength of 50% abv.
