With there being no distillery on the Island for many years, in 1995 Arran distillery at Lochranza started their production. The Machrie Moor range is their heavily peated malt whiskies and takes its name from the peat bog on the Western part of the Island. This expression is the first edition and is 20ppm which has then been bottled free from chill filtration and colouring. Back to top
