Kongsgaard Raw Gin Description
Produced by Kongsgaard, this gin is distilled using a wheat based spirit in an open-flame Cognac still and uses locally sourced Danish apples at the core. This gin has been inspired by the forest and has used various botanicals including charred oak, resin and cinnamon bark, alongside juniper, ginger, coriander seed, tiger nuts, galangal, liquorice root and whole fresh lemons before being bottled at 44% abv.
