White Heather 21 Year Old Description
Produced by Billy Walker at the Glenallachie distillery, this particular 21 year old release of White Heather has been created using a high malt content which include single malts from Glenallachie along with whiskies from undisclosed Islay & the Highlands distilleries along with some older grain whiskies. Once the whiskies have been married together, they have been laid down for a second maturation in a combination ex- Pedro Ximénez and Oloroso puncheons and Appalachian virgin oak casks.
