Distilled at the Kilchoman distillery on Islay which has been famous for being Islay's Farm Distillery with their barley fields stretching west to the shores of Machir Bay. Distilled in late 2007, this expression was laid to mature in a single Oloroso sherry cask for a little over 5 years before there were just 270 bottles produced exclusively for the distillery at a strength of 59.1% abv. free from chill filtration and artificial colouring.
