Distilled at the Blair Athol distillery in the Highlands, this release has been bottled by Glasgow based independent bottler, North Star. Distilled in 2006, it was laid down to mature for over a decade in a refill hogshead and finished for 14 months in a Mezacal cask before there were just 72 bottles produced in 2021 free from chill filtration and artificial colouring at a strength of 51.1% abv.
