This summer release was distilled in 2009 at Fife's Daftmill, a farm distillery owned and operated by the Cuthbert family, producing whisky seasonally during the farm's quiet periods. This Lowland single malt was matured in a combination of four ex-bourbon barrels and a first fill Oloroso Butt until it was chosen for the Summer 2020 bottling which was released for the United Kingdom market.
