Daftmill 2008 Winter 2020 Release Description
This winter release distilled in 2008 at Fife's Daftmill, a farm distillery owned and operated by the Cuthbert family, producing whisky seasonally during the farm's quiet periods. This expression has been created using a combination of 23 first fill ex-bourbon barrels which have been laid down to mature for over a decade before there was just 6,000 bottles produced at a strength of 46% abv.
