The Sexton Description
Distilled in the heart of the North Coast of Ireland, Sexton single malt was created by Alex Thomas who is one of the very few female master distillers in the industry. It has been produced using 100% Irish barley and triple distilled before being laid down to mature in Oloroso sherry casks which have been sourced from Jerez de la Frontera in Southern Spain.
