Distilled by Highland distillers Glengoyne, this whisky is the first release of the Legacy series celebrating the life of the distillery. Chapter one honours Cochrane Cartwright who managed the distillery in 1869, making the decision to mature Glengoyne in sherry casks. This expression has been laid down to mature in first fill oloroso sherry casks for an undisclosed period of time before being bottled free from chill filtration at a strength of 48% abv. Back to top
