Cotswolds 2015 4 Year Old Single Cask - Germany Description
Distilled at the Cotswolds distillery south of Birmingham, it is the first ever whisky made in its entirety in the Cotswolds and It is hand-crafted in small batches using local barley with this release being bottled for Germany. Distilled in the spring of 2015, this expression has spent just four years in a Pedro Ximenez sherry butt with there being just 672 bottles produced in 2019 at a cask strength of 59.7% abv. free from chill filtration and artificial colouring.
