Distilled at the Spirit of Yorkshire distillery, this is the first sherry cask reserve produced of Yorkshire's only single malt whisky. This expression has been produced from 100% pot-stilled spirit and has been laid to mature in just six first fill Oloroso sherry casks which were laid down to mature in 2017. There were just 2,000 bottles produced at a strength of 46% abv. free from chill filtration and artificial colouring. Back to top
