Distilled at the Killowen distillery in Northern Ireland, this release is part of their Experimental Series. This expression has been matured for at least a decade, it began by being mature in ex-bourbon casks before being blended and put into sherry butts. This spirit was then married together with a single malt matured in ex-bourbon before the whole blend was finished in a Hungarian virgin oak cask. There were just 356 bottles produced at a strength of 55.8% abv. free from chill filtration and artificial colouring. Back to top
